Sometimes I feel as though I'm doing fine when I am burning out
And I don't recognise the problems until I have let you down
You shouldn't have to point the same things out each time I fall apart
And then take care of me like I'm a fucking child - it's not fair

I know I'm trying
But now after 10 years
I'm still not succeeding
So why are you still here
When my schtick has long since worn thin?

I'm trying to get off my phone, been sitting here way too long
But even medication isn't helping me to function
I'm tired of disappointing you with all my bad decisions
Maybe one day I will find balance until then it just goes on

Right now I'm wondering if I have truly grown or I'm a growth
I know you love me and I'm trying but will that remain enough?
I'm still committed, I'm not quitting but I know the storm's not passed
It's just frustrating when I know my best could be far better
